How to brush properly.
Read here about the right technique.

The right toothbrush makes all the difference
As a matter of principle, a toothbrush should be soft or even supersoft. Make sure that the bristles are rounded and not cut straight across.

It used to be that there was difference between manual teeth cleaning using a toothbrush and cleaning with an electric toothbrush.

However, the new electrical toothbrushes with ultrasound technology that are now available can clean places where a toothbrush can’t reach. Ultrasonic brushes clean gently as well. All the little nooks and crannies between teeth are thoroughly cleaned.

Studies have shown that brushing teeth with ultrasonic toothbrushes not only cleans the surfaces of the teeth better than a normal toothbrush but they can even clean the tooth pockets down to six millimetres below the gums. Only ultrasonic toothbrushes can do this.

Special tip: Don’t rinse with water after brushing. Using mouthwash such as Listerine. Place the bristles of the ultrasonic toothbrush at an angle of 45° to the gum line and brush your teeth again. This enables the ultrasonic cleaning to work deep into the tooth pockets.

Listerine is available in every pharmacy. It is one of the few mouthwashes that can penetrate the biofilm, remove plaque and strengthen the natural protection of the tooth.
